One area that is most important in this on-Line business is to receive good education and job training. This in itself can pose a problem as to my knowledge there are no set standards ( on Line!) for educational programs. There is a lot to be found, but what is good and what is doubtful often is not that easy to identify.  Look at any other business of substance those at the top usually are trained for the job – either formally, or self-made, but they are trained. The technology of this industry is changing at such a pace that formal institutionalized training appears to have trouble keeping up with the changes.  This industry demands that you adapt fast to changing conditions.

The successful business will often employ staff with the latest training and capable of keeping up with the changes and thus helping the business to claim a  place at the forefront.  First class education and ongoing training are a must for on Line enterprise and marketing.  The more we can learn and the more thorough our knowledge is about the fine detail of our business, the better equipped we will be to move forward to success. It sure helps to find and keep the  best support in this respect. Obvious!

Of course, I am not re-inventing the wheel! Already many excellent educational programs exist, or are attached to the marketing of certain products as a form of promotion.  Demand for training “know-how-to-skills”  is so high that education has become itself a product line.  Even as a “newbie” I already have discovered some great educational programs and fantastic teachers, very experienced and only too happy to share their experience. But it all can appear a bit like a jigsaw puzzle that needs to be pieced together by identifying common threads.

One of the very best persons and teaching approaches I have come across so far is Yaro Starak and his teachings on blogging with his “Blog Mastermind”.  His teachings go well beyond the obvious and technical necessities and really can help develop a “winning” frame of mind.  I’ve just read his ebook”How to start an Internet business. . . and make your first $1,000 on Line”  – some 50 pages that are easy to read and packed full of practical guidance and wisdom.  Everything that I have read of him so far just is tops and I can highly recommend this to anyone, – newbies and experienced alike.  In fact, I find him so inspiring that I am sure that this won’t be the last time of my ravings about him.
