6am and I’ve just come back from a beautiful walk through semi-tropical rain forest along the ridges of Tamborine Mountain in the Gold Coast Hinterland. Looking East a beautiful sunrise over the Pacific Ocean! Peace, serenity and a very happy dog grateful to be walking with me.

Well and truly into the second week of the new year and I am having tech problems with my site when I should be full steam ahead writing and marketing! Apart from our relocation last year I have spent an incredible amount of time researching and learning and dealing with tech problems to the point that the actual task at hand is no closer since its inception 6 months ago – - -  what was that? Ah, yes:  diversification and creation of a permanent income stream!

I have discovered many great sites and some of the elite of on line marketers, and I also have spent quite a bit of money for the experience.  I am no closer to earning any, however – as it surely must be a long haul to create a permanent lasting income stream on line, – and remember, over 95% will fail anyway. . .   depressing odds!

If it comes to EasyExtraIncomeNow – then let me assure you that the only method I can truly recommend is INVESTMENT IN REAL ESTATE – the sooner/earlier, the better!  Never give up! Never sell! Only buy as you progress through life – and you will have your cake and eat it!  Passive, permanent, guaranteed income!  Now is the time to get back into investment – especially, if you are young, full of energy, make a few sacrifices and you’ll be rewarded,  fail-proof!

So, coming back to my efforts on this site, I am glad to report that trading the Forex is not only fun, but also profitable, albeit not easy.  It has the element of NOW of the EasyExtraIncome.  The real estate is for LATER by contrast, but guaranteed.  Forex and on line marketing are much more of a gamble. But FX will give you immediate rewards ( and punishment at times)! With on line marketing there may be nothing but HOPE for a long time:  “one day, you too will share a place and glory along with the gurus – after all, you’ve put in the miles, you’ve done your work, you’ve never given up, and the demand, your market potential, is ever so high and exploding beyond believe!  There must be something in for you!”

Alright. I think it important to consider your options from time to time and scrutinize the path you’ve taken.  I have discovered that the bulk of on line marketing relies on a narrow range of  “marketable goods and services”, promoting massive income, minimum effort, with the aide of all sorts of educational opportunities, technical facilities to facilitate and improve productivity and success, e-books, courses, programs, &c, &c. . . and infinite free enticements to lure the potential disciple/customer into your web. Once accomplished, you as expert marketer are on your way.

There are some real treasures to be found – But beware! Real traps and costly snares abound! Is it real?- YES.  Is it work?-YES. Can it be successful?-YES Will it pay?- yes, there are many success stories.  I found hot products, eg. new releases coming out, being the same promoted by many of the gurus I’ve got to know. There is repetition that concerns me. Market opportunities come and go very quickly: – your niche may be a “mystical”  thing, fragile, even an illusion? The “expertise” you are marketing having been created through others and their programs, and your customers lured into believing that you may know it all, honest, straight forward – after all, you’ve got all theses freebies. How could anybody give all these great things away for nothing! Of course, . . .  “I rely, I need your success!  Because, if you are successful, I will be successful.  Look, I’ve made such a lot of money, I just can’t handle it on my own anymore!  I just want to share my success with others, like you! It has grown so big! It is exploding! You must be part of it! Buy it NOW before it is too late!  This opportunity is unique! Only limited access! We’ll let you in at special discount, but hurry, or you’ll miss!” . . Sounds familiar?  BEWARE!  The same things are happening all over again the next time you are surfing the web, every day, any day, any time.

So, what’s the point?! – Niches do exist. There is real demand for education fueled by a huge amount of ignorance and naivety. Honest work, value for money, is possible and can be found right now. Real services, like the “BlogTechGuy” sorting out your tech problems, on line clerical work, all sorts of admin jobs, temping, work relieve, formal educational institutions, IT development and services – the list is forever growing. Real jobs, real work, real money – no fortunes, no passive income, no residuals, but tangible.

This brings me back to Forex:  Yes, it is all real: education, skill, work, instant money, profit and loss – ALL and ONLY depending on your decisions NOW – only YOU are responsible for your fortune, or the lack of it.  New fresh opportunities every moment, every hour of the day, the year, always!!! There is no rush! You’ll never miss out! You’ve missed an opportunity? – There’ll be another a few moments later! . . .  I LOVE IT.
