One area that is most important in this on-Line business is to receive good education and job training. This in itself can pose a problem as to my knowledge there are no set standards ( on Line!) for educational programs. There is a lot to be found, but what is good and what is doubtful often is not that easy to identify.  Look at any other business of substance those at the top usually are trained for the job - either formally, or self-made, but they are trained.
